Return Policy

At Paradizehouse, we aim to deliver what you see. Each product is curated with care and quality-checked before dispatch. As such, we do not offer general returns or exchanges.

However, we understand that there may be rare situations where support is needed. Please review our policy below:


• Size Exchange Selective Only

We offer very limited  exchanges for size issues, only on products where items clearly stated that size exchange is available.


To Request a Size Exchange :

    • Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

    • Size exchange is only applicable if clearly mentioned on the product page.


    Exchange Process

    1. Once your exchange request is approved by our team:

      • Ship the product back to us.

      • Share the tracking details or a photo of the shipping receipt with us as proof.

    2. nominal exchange fee of ₹100 will be charged, which must be paid before we dispatch the new item.

    3. Once we receive your item and the exchange fee, the new size will be shipped, and you will receive the exchanged/replaced product within 7-8 working days.

  • If size exchange is not offered on your product, it will not be eligible.

Damaged or Defective Product

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will be happy to assist with an exchanged/replaced product delivered within 10 working days or issue a store credit, subject to the conditions below.

Mandatory Proof Requirement:

To process any damage-related request, you must share:

  • A clear, uncut unboxing video showing the full process of opening the package until the product is fully visible.

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect.


Requests without valid unboxing proof will not be accepted.


Once approved, the replacement will be shipped within 7-8working days, similar to the size exchange process.



 Return Approval & Store Credit

If your product is eligible for return (in the case of size exchange or damage):

  • You must return the product to us in unused, original condition and packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, it must pass our quality check.

  • After we approve the exchange or return, you are required to ship the product back within 48 hours and notify our team immediately with the shipping details.

 After approval and receipt of the product, a store credit (credit note) will be issued within 24-48 hours.
The credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase on Paradizehouse.



 Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Products marked as Final Sale

  • Items listed as Preorder

  • Products without proper unboxing video proof

  • Items used, worn, or returned in poor condition

  • Requests made after 2 days of delivery


 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any condition.
If an order is unfulfillable or an issue is verified from our end, we will provide store credit for the full purchase amount, valid for 6 months.
